Q. 교통사고 전손(Total loss)처리 Market Valuation Report에 궁금한 점에 대한 질문입니다

15일 전 프리웨이에서 내 차가 상대 자동차에 박히는 사고가 났습니다. 보험 회사에서 내 차를 전손(Total loss)처리 하겠다며, 나에게 Market Valuation Report 보냈습니다.

 

아래 Market Valuation Report 페이지의 “VEHICLE ALLOWANCES”부분에 대한 궁금증과 이해를 돕기 위해 질문을 드립니다.

 

첫째, 아래에 표시된 내용과 가격이 제 차에 추가로 장착한 옵선 지불 비용인가요?

둘째, 위의 첫째 내용이 맞다면, 제 차량에 추가한 옵션은 아래에서 볼 수 있는 것처럼 많은데, 보험 회사가 제대로 옵션을 반영하지 않은 것 같은데, 그로 인해 저에게 많은 급전적 손해를 보게 한 것인가요?

 

제 차량은 2017년 Lexus LS 460 F Spost RWD 세단이며, 장착된 옵션은 아래와 같습니다.

글쎄요. 나열하신 옵션은 위에 추가 옵션에 포함 되어있는것 같습니다. 예를 들어 ML: Mark Levinson 이 Premium radio/CD changer 이고 PS: Pre- Collision Cruise Control 은 Intelligent Cruise 이구요. F Sport package 는 이미 차값 자체에 책정되어 있을 겁니다. 하지만 확실하게는 보험사에 직접 문의 하십시요.

답변 감사합니다.

표기 하는 용어들이 좀 다른가 보군요. 그래서 옵션을 적용한 것인지, 가격은 적정하게 책정을 한 것인지 잘 몰랐습니다. 보험회사에 전화나 e-mail로 물어보면 디테일하게 설명은 안 해주고, 우리는 다 적용을 했고, 가격도 적정하다는 말만 해 좀 답답했습니다. 하지만 일부는 옵션이 누락 되었다고 자기들이 인정해 추가로 업데이트 해준 것도 있습니다.

차량 가격도 주변에 판매된 동일한 연식의 F Sport 차가 없으니까 같은 연식 Base 차량 두 대를 비교해 제 차량 가격을 책정했는데, 하나는 Base 차량 가격에 6천불 가량 더해 차량 가격을 정한 반면, 또 다른 Base 차량 가격은 F Sport로 바꿔 표기 해 놓고 차량 가격은 7천불 가량 낮게 책정을 해 제 차 가격이 엄청 낮은 금액으로 정했더군요.

고의적인지 실수인지 모를 이 오류를 지적해 주고 다시 정산을 해 달라고 하니, 어떠한 답도 안 하고, 독립적인 제3자 평가 자를 고용해 대응을 하라 고만 합니다. 참 답답하군요.
