Hi! I just got my green card (I-485 approved through EB3;sponsored by

hospital) a week ago. Question, Do I alway have to stay full time RN?

According to Job Offer letter that I received and filed it to USCIS,

my job offered me a full time position RN. Does this mean, I need to

maintain Full time always to be legal even though I have a green card?,

or can I be partime for short period of time(maybe 3-6 months)?

I won't leave my hospital(my job), but there is a postion by other

unit which I would love to take, but they only offer part time or

prn(as needed)? My understanding is, as long as I work for my

job;my sponsor, there shouldn't be a proble. Am I wrong? Thank you

in advance.

취업이민으로 영주권을 취득하신 경우, 해당 스폰업체에 6개월에서 1년정도 일을 하시기를 권해드리고 있습니다. 하지만 6개월 에서 1년간 일을 할수 없는 '타당한 사유' 가 있으시다면, 그 전에도 다른 직장으로 옮기는것이 가능하니, 이점 참고하시기 바라겠습니다.
