Student who has AB 540 cannot apply for federal grant. Student with AB 540 can apply for Merit Scholarship by academic standings. If student did not attend in FALL 2013 semester, the admissions of college considered that student refused the scholarships offered by college. Even student wants to attend from SPRING 2014 semester, same scholarship will not be offered by college.
