Q. PROOF OF INSURANCE

I actually took the proof of insurance to the court, but they told that it won't be correctable since I didn't have the proof of insurance at the time of accident. They told me it only correctable when I get into the traffic ticket which I can't understand at all and it doesn't seem to be reasonable at all.

Insurance must be for the date of citation.

대부분의 주에서는 proof of insurance를 항상 차에 구비하고 다니는 것이 의무입니다.
사고 당시에 proof of insurance 를 안 가지고 있었다는 것은 보험 가입이 되어있더라도 법을 어긴 것이 되지요.
