Q. credit co. 가 sue 를 했는데요--, 도와 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

요즈음 경기가 매우 좋지않아서요--
빚이 점점 불어 어러은행의 credit card payment를 못 했습니다.

그 중 한은행이 (작년 12월 부터 payment를 하지 못 했습니다) sue를 했고
집으로 고소장을 사람이 가져왔습니다.

고소장엔 잘 모르는 내용도 있지만 1달이내로 response하라고 되어 있는데요

1.response하는 경우에는 어떻게 해야하는지요?

2.response하지 않으면 어떻게 되는지요?

3.정 안되면 bankrupcy 밖에 길이 없는지요?

4.bankrupt 신청을 하면 당장 business를 못 하는지요, business특성과 저의 사정으로 인해 최대한 delay시키고 싶은데요, 방법은 없는지요?

너무 어려운 가운데 점점 stress 쌓이는 일만 늘어만 갑니다.

You should certainly consider answering the lawsuit. The benefits are that you will buy time to decide on what to do. Time also allows you to get money to pay back. It also allows an opportunity to reduce the balance by negoiating the balance. You have 30 days to file an answer with the court from the date you received the summons.

If all fails, you could also file for bankruptcy which may allow you to keep your house and the business.
