병원비가 많이 나왔습니다. 저는 학생이고 24살입니다. 아르바이트로 한달에 약 800불 정도 소득이 있습니다. 병원비는 4만불 나왔는데 어떻게 해야되는지 답답합니다 고견 부탁드립니다. 저는 영주권자 입니다.

Since its a civil debt, if you don't pay, they will send it over to collection and your credit will go bad. They can then decide to sue you, but if you don't have much, they really can't do much except ruin your credit. From time to time, you can negotiate the overall bill and get it reduced.
