30 Days Notice of the SCEP Fee & Resgistration Fee
Dear Tenants
Each year, the City of Los Angeles Housing Department requires the tenants to share the cost of city inspections for each unit, also called the Systematic Code Enforcement (SCEP) Fee and 50% of the RSO Registration Fee. The council of the Los Angeles Housing Department passed this fee to the tenants effective April 1, 2014
The yearly fee varies with the actual amount set by the LAHD. this year, the cost is $ 43.32 for each unit, per year or $ 3.61 per unit, per month for one year whether or not the units are inspected during that year. The fee is paid to the Loa Angeles Housing Department once every year by our company.
Starting June 1, 2014 for one year till May 1, 2015, please add an additionnal $ 3.61 to your total rent to ensure proper coverage of the city requirements. if you need to speak to the manager about a different payment arrangement, please speak to lilly and she will work to accommodate your specific needs.
The vRSO Resgistration Fee is also passed to the tenant for 50% of the amount paid by the landload. This year. the amount is $ 12,25 per unit. This amount is due by june 30. 2014. For your convenience. you can add this to your june rent check if you prefer. Total : $ 55.57

저 편지 자체가 의심되면 하우징에 물어보시고 아니면 그냥 내세요 한달에 $ 3.61 가지고 집 주인과 싸워봐야 본인 렌트만 올라갑니다
