Q. Tax lien을 어떻게 확인 하나요?

Credit score를 확인하려 Credit report를 띄어보니 알지 못하는(통보 받지 못한) tax lien이 있어 크레딧회사에 dispute를 하니 크레딧 회사에서는 맞는 tax lien이라고 verify를 하여 주네요. 이 tax lien(state)의 내용을 어떻게 확인하는 것인지요? 답변 부탁 드립니다.

모든 크레딧 리포트에 기록된 부채와 JUDGMENT는 같은 리포트의 보통 맨 마지막 장에 관련 채무에 관한 정보와 연락처가 있습니다. 이 LIEN 을기록한 곳에 알아 보시거나 아니면 크레딧 평가기관에 문의를 하시면 됩니다. 그리고 말씀하신 크레딧 회사에 어떤 종류의 택스 LIEN인지를 확인 하시기 바랍니다.

“이 tax lien(state)의 내용을 어떻게 확인하는 것인지요?”----> When a property owner is delinquent on federal, state or local taxes, the government may place a tax lien on the property. Liens are attached to the property and must be paid when the property is sold.You may visit the website of the municipality or county where the property is located. Property information is public record, and many local offices list liens along with other property information on their websites. OR you can call the tax collector or property assessor at the municipality or county if the information is not included on the website. You may need to visit in person to sign forms or make copies.
