Unless there is a court order or a notice of transfer of ownership by way of sale, you must continue to pay rent to the landlord even though he is in bankruptcy. If someone else wants rent, they will need to show you a court order or proof of sale.
Also, a 3day notice is a legal requirement sent by the landlord prior to filing an eviction lawsuit. You need to comply because you can get evicted if you don't pay rent.

렌트는 알고있는 주인에게 내셔야합니다. 그리고 보냈다는 3 day notice to pay rent or quit 은 그러한 방법으로 전달되어서는 법적인효력이 없습니다. 직접 전달받아야 했습니다. 그러니 현재는 아무것도 받은것이 없는셈이지요.
