Q. Got the broken GPS

I got the gps from the CL, but it didn't work after I tried in my car.
So I contact the seller, but he never respond. I only know his cell number. How can get my moneyback in this case?

receipt? invoice? recorded conversation? anything to prove your purchase from the seller?
