Q. About troubled tenants !

Two tenants, she has a mental problem and turns violently at any time.
She messed up toilet with her bloody pads when she has a period.
She pushed an old woman once and called police but returned with nothing because she did not use her arms and she denied everything in front of the police.

Another tenant is staying out of the house without paying rent. His stuffs are still in his room but no showing up so far. His mom sent a personal check for rent, but no money there intentionally.

Want to evict both of them, but have no idea how?
Give me any legal advices, it'll be very helpful.
