안녕하세요. 제가 급하게 한국으로 돌아와버렸습니다.
근데 chase 카드를 해지하려고 하는데 어떻게해야 할까요?

보통 toll free number (8XX)는 외국에서 접속할수 없습니다. 카드 뒤에있는 collect call (전화 받는 사람이 비용을 내는것) 번호로 하시던지 요즘 인터넷 전화로 싸게 그번호로 연락해보세요.

Is there a chat option in online banking? talk to the chat agent to close the account from overseas. Or send them an email under contact tab in their website.

If your balance is not zero, they will send you a check to your last known address unless you change your address to korea. You can cash that check at KOREAN EXCHANGE BANK, I have talked to their employee and confirmed it. Or you can do international wire transfer to your account in korea thru online. If amount is too small, just transfer it to you best friend in America and be done with it.

If the amount is not much, you can use the atm in korea to withdraw cash with chase debit card. Make sure you go online and do travel report so fraud dept does not block your card. kEEP IN MIND THERE IS A FEE from atm in korea (about $5-6), from chase, 3% fee on top of $5 foreign atm usage fee just to see your balance, another $5 for the actual withdrawal (so check your balance online first), so you have to leave some room for that..ALSO, GO ONLINE A INCREASE YOUR DAILY WITHDRAW LIMIT, BOFA ALLOWS IT FOR TWO WEEKS, SO YOU TAKE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN FOR EACH $5 FEE.
