I entered the united states legally with a valid lawful perminent residence on the date 01-17-89. My father was natrualized as a u.s. citizen 12-11-96.I was 16 years of age when my father was natrualized. Iam now thirty years old. Having a valid lawful perminent residence at the time of my fathers natrualization does this make me a citizen of the united states? I was born 08-25-80,do I still qualify for the N-600 form under section 320 of the immigration and nationality act? If I do not meet the condition of section 320 of INA, what must I do to obtain my citizenship certificate? Iam claiming citizenship through my u.s. citizen father,do I still qualify for this benifit being born prior to the date of November 14,1986? please help I dont know what to do.Thank you.

I think you are eligible for N-600 regarding the prior questions you posted before. I hope you have availed all information and evidences required in filling the form, by the way. I would recommend you to see an attorney. Good luck to you.
