Q. chapter 7 and judgements

I have 2 judgements entered from credit card company and motor financing company about 6 months ago. Is it possible to file chapter 7 with pending judgments? Can these judgements be cleared thru BK?

Yes you can, unless it was obtained by fraud.

Chapter 7 파산인 경우 non-recourse debts 전부가 탕감됩니다. 허나 파산 접수일자는 파산법 전문 변호사와 상담하여 결정하시기 바랍니다.
