져지먼트 받고나면 무죠건 examination test order 하나요? and 져지먼트 받고 얼마나 있쓰면 examination test order나오나요? 변호사님 하고 가야하 나요? 무엇을 준비해서 가야하나요?

When, where and whether there will be a debtor's examination depends entirely on the plaintiff. They may decide not to orde you in the court. If ordered to appear, they may notify you on what documents to bring. You don't need an attorney although it would be nice to have one there with you.

너무 걱정이 많으신것 같읍니다
미국에서 돈없는 사람은 죄가 아니기 때문에 배째라 나와도 형사범 까지 되진않아요.
빛이 있어서 어깨는 무거우시겠지만 평상시처럼 사세요
돈이 없으면 법정에 가더라도 다 무료 통역사가 전화기로 통역해주기도 해요
빛이 있다고 상대방에서도 시간이 없어서 examination test하라고 하진 않아요
앞으로 나가실길 행운이 따르시길....
