140과 485동시 접수였는데 140이 2016년 10월 17일에 기각 되었습니다. 그래서 한달 안에 motion to reopen을 변호사님이 접수했는데 USCIS 웹사이트에 online status에는

On November 14, 2016, we received your Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal to the Commissioner, Receipt Number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by December 14, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

이렇게 나옵니다.

왜 Notice of Appeal to the Commissioner 라고 뜨는 건지요?

Notice of Motion to Reopen이라 떠야 맞지 않나요?

혹시 뭐가 잘못되어서 AAU(administrative appeal unit) 으로 간 것은 아닌지 걱정 됩니다.
분명이 motion to reopen으로 한다고 변호사님과 얘기가 되었거든요.

뭐가 잘못된 건지 해서 몹시 궁금합니다.

만약 뭐가 잘못되었으면 그럼 6개월을 허비한게 되는데..
