Q. credit card때문에 수를 당했습니다~ㅠ.ㅠ

안녕하십니까 .

전 유학생신분인데 작년에 너무 힘든 상황이어서 크레딧 카드를 페이 하지 못했

습니다.

대략 1년 정도 되었는데 3500불이었던 카드가 이자까지 가산이 되어서

4500불 정도가 되었는데 시티은행에서 이번 주에 수를 걸어왔습니다.

대략 내용을 살펴 보니 30일 이내에 서류를 파일링해서 보내고 법원에 히어링을

해야 한다는 내용인데 어떤 파일을 원하는 것인지 어떤 식으로 대처를 해야

하는 것인지 막막하기만 합니다.

요즘은 이일 때문에 잠도 잘 이루지를 못하고 있습니다.

일을 이 지경으로 만든 것은 제 잘못이 100% 이지만 정말 잘 풀어나고 싶으니

In every lawsuit, a defendant, thats you, must file an answer with the court denying the claim by plaintiff. If you do not file such as answer, a judgment will be entered by the court against you after the 30 days. Even if you are at fault, it is usually wise to file an answer and negotiate with the plaintiff.
