조그만 liquor 를 하나 하고 있습니다.
어떤 사람이 제 가게에 UCC-1 FILE 을 하였다고 통보하였습니다.
도대체 UCC FILE 이 무엇인지 정확한 정의를 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

UCC file is a lien against your business. Typically when a bank lends money to a business owner, they place a UCC lien on the business assets as collateral so that the business owner can't just sell the business and not pay. If someone place a UCC lien against you for no good reason, you can file a lawsuit against them to have it removed and seek damages.
