Q. Report of Traffic Accident in California?

I hit a pole in a parking lot structure while backing my car. No other cars or people were involved. My insurance covered the damages. The total damage was about $3900. There was no property damage. My question is do I have to file this? http://apps.dmv.ca.gov/forms/sr/sr1.pdf even though no other person was involved?

750불이 넘으면 DMV에 사고 리포트 하셔야 합니다.

Private property 에도 $750 이상 damage 가 있으면 보고하라는데 왜 망설이시지요? 보험회사는 벌써 알고있고.
그 form 에 그렇게 써있네요.
