My husband has been with this Korean owned company for the past two years. The owner was a FRESH OF THE BOAT from Korea when he first launched his company in early 2008. Since he had no credit at all, the owner asked my husband to use his credit for all opening accounts. (such as, business title, licenes, buying cars, leasing apartments, etc) At first it was like since my husband is the first one on board the owner promised him many things like Supervisor position, commission on monthly sales, etc...but nothing was fulfilled since he started to take over once he had his social, and credit built up. until now me and my husband got into so many fights because of his company schedules and expenses that never was reimburst back to my husband... when we first got married that same week we didnt even get to go on our honeymoon because the owners wife had a daughter in other state and the daughter had to enroll to a school but they all did not speak english and my husband had to go along for not a business trip but because of there personal duty... Last but not least my husband never got paid on overtimes he done, and he did very very alot of overtime for the past two years... that would probably add upt to $30,000~or more..not quite sure.. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!! I NEED SOME ADVISE ON HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF NON-PROFESSIONAL, NOT ETHICAL PEOPLE!! REALLY WANT TO SHOW THEM THAT EMPLOYEES ARE SAME HUMAN BEINGS AS THEM....HELP.. Thanks, Jessica

Legally you husband is not an employee. Apparently your husband is legal owner. If he does not like this situation & company, Simply close company. He has a right to do that. After then, he can start legal action against real owner for reimbursement. I think, he can access even bank account because he is legal owner which means that his name must be included when opening a bank account. Think of this problem with very simple way. Sometimes it works better.

I wonder if your husband's name is still on the business bank acct, car title, etc. I hope you show him a lesson. He shouldn't have used employees like that and throw it out after use. I wish you the best luck and hopely you get your compensation.
