E2 신청을 2월에 하고 아직까지 깜깜 무소식입니다

5월에 보충서류가 나와서 보냈고, 6월4일에 접수되었는데

60일 안에 연락이 온다 하였으나 아무런 연락이 없습니다.

웹사이트에서 접수번호를 찍어도 변동이 없어 심히 불안한데

이럴때는 어떻게 해야하는지요?

많은 도움 말씀 부탁드립니다.

Request for Evidence Response Review
On June 4, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Once a timely response to the request for evidence is received by USCIS, we review the evidence or information you submitted. If you submitted the requested evidence, we continue with the adjudication of your application or petition in light of the new evidence.

추가서류를 제출 하신 후 60일이 지나셨다면, 나와 있는 전화번호로 전화하시어 문의하십시오. 전화중에 프로세스 타임이 많이 지났다는 option을 선택하신후 말씀하시면 이민국에서 진행에 속도를 내줄 것 입니다.

답변 감사드립니다.
제가 전화를 해보았는데..말씀하신 옵션을 찾지 못하겠습니다.
프로세스 타임에 대한것을 선택하니 웹사이트에서 확인하라 나오고요
커스터머 서비스로 연결해도 기다리라는 식입니다.
이럴때는 무작정 기다려야 하나요? 매달 렌트비는 내고, 운영비는 쓰고 있는데
아직 일은 시작을 못하고 발만 동동 구르고 있습니다.
