Q. On Background Check of immigration and naturalization

I just wonder if an Employment Based immigration applicant has a record of judgement of a civil case in one’s own country out of the USA related to immorality, adultery, would the fact that the applicant has a history of this civil case due to one’s immorality or adultery in one’s original country outside the United States, affect the result of the immigration decision and naturalization determination(if this applicant apply for the natulization or citizenship of the USA?

THE BACKGROUND CHECK ONLY CONERNS WITH CRIMINAL HISTORY, NOT WITH MATTERS INVOLVING CIVIL CASES.
HOWEVER, EACH COUNTRY TREATS THESE MATTERS DIFFERENTLY, AND THE MATTER YOU HAVE DESCRIBED SOUNDS PRETTY MUCH RELATED TO 'CRIME,' SO I WOULD OBTAIN YOUR CLIENT'S POLICE/CRIMINAL REPORT FROM COUNTRY OF HIS/HER ORIGIN--JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE.,
