Q. Fiance visa I-129f

My fiancé lives in India and she has only first name in the passport and birth record. when applying for the same visa, shall I leave her last name as balk or is there any requirement to put otherwise?

Hello,

Since your fiance's official record (birth certificate & passport) does not show any last name, you can leave it blank or state "none" on the application.
