You have a big problem because you ignored the lawsuit. In most States the law allows you to file a motion to vacate the judgment for variety of reasons, one of which is mistake or inadvertance. However, in CA, you have to do this within 6 months from the time of the judgment notice. If you are within that time, you can file this 473 motion. Otherwise, you are out of luck.
Having a video does nothing for you since you can't have it viewed by any judge or jury since you've ignored the lawsuit.
You can try and report it now to the police but since its too old and probably past the statue of limitation period, they will probably do nothing. Sorry.
