Q. My lawyer does not give me the settlement release of my personal injury case

My lawyer does not give me the settlement release of my personal injury case although I continuously asked it several times.

I think he is cheating me, saying to me much smaller amount.

What should I do?

How can I find the true settlement amount?

(I do not know the insurance company or law office name of the other party. He file complaint to court but before trial it was settled.

Now he says he will give very small amount to me.)

( My colloquial English is very poor. He is American lawyer. So he ignores me)

의뢰인은 변호사에게 케이스파일을 요구할 권리가 있습니다.

변호사는 의뢰인의 요구에 따라 케이스 정보 문서를 공개해야하고요.
