Foreign Education: To receive credit for education completed
outside the United States you must show proof that the education has
been submitted to a private organization that specializes in
interpretation of foreign educational credentials and such education
has been deemed at least equivalent to that gained in conventional
U.S. education programs.
외국학력에 대한 조항 입니다.
어느 단체나 회사를 통해서 학력인정절차가 이루어지는지 자세한 언급은 없군요.

"직업 신청"을 하시는 중이라고 하셨는데, 구체적으로 어떤 직종을 말씀하시는 것인지요? 그 직종을 알아보시니 학위를 요구하는 모양이군요.
아마도 그 Vacancy Announcement 에 Degree 를 요구하는것이 명시되어 있다면 어떻게 그 학위를 인정 받을수 있는지에 대해서도 설명이 있을것입니다.
"에이백" 은 영어로 어떻게 표기가 되는 단체인지요?
구체적인 직종 (예: Series Number 같은것) 을 명시해주시면 제가 좀더 Research 를 해 드릴수 있을것 같습니다.
