Q. 차사고후 폐차결정

안녕하세요.

자동사 사고가 난 후(상대방 fault) 제 차가 폐차 결정이 난 후 KBB 보다 조금 높은 금액을 준다고 합니다.

사고가 난 차는 문제없이 계속 운행을 할 수 있었던 차인데 상대방의 과실로 폐차가 되고 금액을 준다고 하는데

이 금액을 가지고 그만한 차 사기도 어렵구요.

가능한 방법 조언 부탁드려요.

Unfortunately, you are only entitled to the value of the car at the time of the accident. Alternatively, if you want to keep the car for some reason, the insurance company can deduct the value of the damaged car, and pay you the difference.
