안녕하세여.
저는 33 살 남자이고 미국엔 15살때 이민 왔습니다
28 때 시민권 신청을 했다가 Selective service 를 apply 하지 않았다는 이유로
시민권 시험에서 떨어졌는데요..
그래서 Selective service 쪽에 제 상황을 mail 로 보냈는데요.

The purpose of this provision is to clarify that a non-registrant is not to be denied any Federal benefit if he can demonstrate that his failure to register was not knowing or willful.

Any explanation to justify your failure to register must be made to the agency administrering the right , benefit or privilege you seek for which selective service system registration is required. Therefore you shoud submit this letter to them for consideration along with a copy of any documentation you believe may be helpful to your case. The final decision regarding your eligibility is within the authority of that agency.

이란 답 mail 을 받았는데..

몰 어떻게 해야 될지 모르겠네여.. 어떤 서류를 제출해야 되는지 모르겠구여

저 시민권 다시 신청이 가능한가여??? 좀 도와주세요..
