Q. priority mail 에 대해서....

priority inetrnational mail은 tracking number가 없나요? 벌써 열흘이 지났는데 한국에서는 아직 못 받았다고 합니다. post office 에 가서 물어 보니 고객 센터 전화번호를 주면서 알아 보라 하고,고객 센터에선 tracking number을post office에서 물어 보고 알려줘야 알 수 있다고 하네요. 어떻게 해야 합니까? 답변 좀 부탁드립니다. 중요한 서류 인데 걱정 이네요. priority international mail은 안전하지 않은가요?

Poriority Mail은 tracking number가 없습니다. 단지 좀 빨리 간다는 것입니다.
안전하게 보내시려면 Poriority Mail로 보내시면서 동시에 Certified Mail로 보내셔야 합니다.
중요한 서류는 Cerfified Mail로 보내셔야 합니다.

when you send oversea by just priority mail , there is no tracking no. only express oversea mail get tracking no. Certified mail & delivert conformation is only for domestic mails not air mails. it is little too delayed, but I assume post clerk not put air mail stamp on letters, sorted as domestic, that may be caused delayed.

Priority mail 보내실때 customs form(customs declaration and dispatch note) 을 작성하셨을 겁니다. You suppose to keep one and post office have one , if you lost it you can ask post office by your name and date you ship your mail. Tracking number 는 왼쪽 위에 and under the bar code 에있습니다. It starts with two letters followed by 9 numbers and finish with US. Go to USPS.com then select tracking, insert your tracking number, it will show the status.
