남편이 제 크레딧 카드에 유저로만 올라가 있던 경우에도 남편 크레딧에 문제가 되는거면 어떻게 해야 지울수 있어요? 저만 뱅크럽시 해야지 남편은 크레딧 빗없는데요. 저는 뱅크럽 한다하고, 남편거에 올라간 제 크레딧 빚은 지울 방법이 없나요?

As I previously indicated, if your husband is on the account, even if he is a secondary card holder, he is legally responsible for the debt. There is no way for him to not pay. His option is to file bankruptcy too or negotiate the amount down with the credit card company.
