Q. I-90 영주권 갱신

My green card will expire within 6 months. I am going to file I-90. However, I have no idea as to where I applied for immigration visa and adjustment of status and where the same was granted, which is required in the same form. 


I applied green card in 1993 through an attorney who cannot be located.  is there any chance for me to get an advice on the same question from a professional
