You don't do anything at this time.... Now, the selecting official has your resume.
They will review all resumes that were refered to them (usually about 10-15 resumes) and pick 3-5 of them for job interview. After interview, their final decision will be submitted to Human Resource (it is called CPAC in Army). It takes about 2-3 months.
After that, CPAC will send the congratulation letter to the person and will start in-processing. When CPAC receives all necessary paperwork from the selectee, they give the report date. It takes another 2-3 monhts.
When you check the status in CPOL, you will see the message, 'Your resume has been referred to the selecting official for consideration for this vacancy' during this entire process (4-6 months).
If you don't get any phone call / e-mail (about the interview) next 2 months, pretty much you are not hired.
