Q. Please Help! Security Deposit Never Recieved

Sorry my computer does not have Korean so I cant type this is Korean. I owned 5 business kiosks at my local mall. Because of the bad economy, I had to close my business. My lease was to be over by September 30th. I had to remove all of my inventory from 5 kiosks by the 30th per my lease agreement so I started packing my inventory on the night of the 28th to the 30th. Therefore, I obviously could not open my business back up those two days (29th and 30th) because I was already in the process of packing my inventory in the kiosks. The mall did not allow me to pack during business hours.
However, after I closed my business down, I was waiting for my security deposit refund ($6000), I received a letter from the mall leasing manager stating that they were going to charge me $2500 for not opening up my 5 kiosks on the 29th and 30th. ($250 per cart). I had already explained to the mall manager that I would be packing on the 29th and 30th, therefore not having any inventory to sell the next day thus me being close. I also signed a form stating I would be packing up on those 2 nights. There was no mention of a $250 per cart charge on my lease agreement. After explaining my problem to the mall manager, she stated if we did not pay the $2500 fine, she would than deduct it from the security deposit. I did not agree on it and have not received any money back at all. Please give me advice on what to do and what my legal right is. Thank you for your time.

디파짓분쟁이끊이질않읍니다, 리스어그리먼트에$2500을 디덕한다는 사항이없엇다면 몰에서 억지네요
