Q. I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record - USCIS

I-693 제출과 관련하여 질문드리고자 합니다.

I am a US citizen. My wife, then fiancee, came to the US under a K1 visa holder in November 2017 and we then married in the same month. In December 2017, she had a civil surgeon to complete an I-693 with medical examination records she received overseas. The DS 3025 with immunization records were completed in September 2017 overseas prior to her admission to the US. During the doctor's visit in December 2017, no further examination was conducted. The doctor only reviewed the medical examination records she received from overseas, completed the I-693 form and he gave it back to her in a sealed envelop. We submitted an I-485 along with an I-693 in December 2017.

In Notice of Action for an interview, among other documents that need to bring, it indicates a completed I-693 and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope (unless already submitted). My wife's interview is to be held in early October 2018.

My question is whether or not a new I-693 needs to be completed by a civil surgeon again and provided to the USCIS at the time of interview. Is there an expiration for I-693 after it was initially submitted in December 2017?
