Q. Regarding the Small Claim,

I am a landlord who is scheduled to show up at a small claim court. I have a quesation regarding my case.

What is going to happen if a tenant has to pay the damage compensation but refuse to pay any? Will I be protected by the court order to ensure that a tenant must pay the damage by a lump sum payment or monthly allotments?
Any advice will be appreciated.
