Income limit이 있는 아파트에 입주하는것을 검토중인 영주권자입니다.

이 아파트 홈페이지에 보면
THIS COMMUNITY IS INCOME RESTRICTED
Average income of the households may not exceed the maximum income limits for the property's program. Please speak with the Management representative for specific information regarding these income limits. A resident's income cannot exceed the property's program restrictions of the area median income as published annually by the U.S. Dept. of HUD.

이런 조항이 있네요.

1. Gosection8.com에서 검색해보니 Section 8 아파트는 아닌것으로 보입니다.

2. Medi-Cal에 가입되어 있습니다.

영주권 갱신이나 시민권 신청시에 공적부조 문제가 되지는 않을까요?
