저의 경우는 15살 입양 케이스로 다음과 같이 준비했읍니다.
신청후 소요기간은 약 3개월 반에 시민권 증서를 뱓았읍니다.

Enclosed please find the form N-600, Application for Certificate of Citizenship, along with all supporting documents.
The content of this application includes:
1. Check of $600.00 for the application fee (attached onto N-600), an adopted child
2. Form N-600, Application for Certificate of Citizenship
3. G-1145, E-Notification of Application
4. Explanation on applied for a U.S. Passport
5. Copy of U.S. Passport
6. Copy of Permanent Resident card (I-551), both sides
7. Copy of Adoption Order
8. Copy of Birth Certificate
9. Copy of Father’s US Citizen Certificate
10. Copy of Mother’s US Citizen Certificate
11. Copy of Parent’s Marriage certificate
12. 2 Passport-style color photos
Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered original documents.
I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an immigration officer when requested or at a later date.
