If you terminate your lease agreement early, you are legally responsible for the entire term of the lease. However, the landlord has a legal obligation to reduce his damages by making a good faith attempt to lease the place to someone else. For example, if you move out today, and the landlord finds a replacement tenant in one month under same rent amount, then you are only responsible for one months rent. However, if the place is not rented out for one year, you are responsible for one year rent.
It sounds like you don't have any money, so it may be a good idea to consider filing for bankruptcy which may allow you to wipe out all your debts.
