판매자는 소비자에게 두 개이상의 가격 중에서 제일 낮은 것을 적용하여야 합니다. 예를들어 하나의 제품에 두개 이상의 가격이 발생하는 것은 선반에 부착된 price tag, 각각의 제품에 붙어있는 price tag, 광고에 실린 가격 등이 동시에 표시되어 충돌하기 때문입니다.

It is unlawful for a merchant to charge a price that is greater than the amount that is advertised, marked or posted. This includes prices stated on a shelf tag or the item itself. In cases in which more than one price is quoted or displayed, the merchant is required to charge the lowest of the prices shown.
