한쪽눈의 실명가지고는 장애인 판정을 받지 못합니다.
양쪽눈이 실명되었을 때에만 가능합니다.
In order to qualify for disability, the SSA requires that
your vision loss be quite significant and be present in BOTH eyes.
Those blind in ONE eye are NOT eligible.
