모터사이클이 시끄럽다고 아들이 티켓을 받아서 알게 되었네요. ^ ^

자동차나 오토바이나 큰 소음을 유발하며 주행하면 걸리는건
예전 부터 있었어요.
마후라를 큰걸로 바꾸고 큰소리 나게 다니는것,
엠프를 큰걸로 달고 음악을 크게 틀고 다니는것도 오래전부터
티켓받았습니다. ^^ ^^

그게 포인트라는 내용이 있는 링크를 주실수 있을까요? 캘리포니아 공식 홈페이지라면 더 도움이 될꺼 같습니다.
지금까지 물어본 모든 사람 (경찰관 포함)은 포인트라고 아니라고 하던데요.

제가 핸드폰 사용으로 티켓을 받고 여러분들께 자문을 구해봤습니다.
그런데 답변들이 너무 다르더라구요.
다들 전문가인데 어떤분은 벌점이 없고 벌금만 내면 된다고 하고, 다른분은 벌점이 있다하고 해서
저는 코트 데이가 아직 2달이나 남아서 답답한 마음에 코트에서 보내온 통지서를 가지고 직접
경찰서를 방문해서 경찰관에게 직접 들었습니다.
2018년 부터 벌금과 함께 벌점 1점이 3년간 올라가는 무빙 바일레이션으로 바뀌었다고 합니다.
물론 트래픽스쿨을 가시면 벌점은 안올라가겠죠.
죄송하게도 공식적인 사이트는 모르겠어요.
하지만 경찰이 한말이니까 믿는게 맞는거 같아요.

인터넷에 올릴땐 정확하고 confirm된 글만 올려주시길 바랍니다. 트래픽 스쿨 사장님같은 냄새가 풍기는데요.

오늘 Superior Court of California에 전화해서 confirm받았습니다. ORANGE COUNTY에서의 CELL PHONE사용은 POINT가 적용되지 않습니다. 단, 보험회사에서는 티켓받은게 보이기때문에 보험료가 인상될수 있으니 TRAFFIC SCHOOL을 감으로서 그걸 방지할수 있습니다. 그리고 1년6개월간은 트래픽스쿨을 갈수 없기에 만약 그 사이에 포인트가 발생되는 티켓을 받을 경우 지울수 없으니 잘 선택하시길 바랍니다.

저는 트래픽스쿨 관계자도 아니고 그냥 평범한 사람입니다.
여러분이 검색한 구글을 저도 이미 봤습니다.
하지만 팩트는 벌금은 $162불이고 무빙 바일레이션이라는 겁니다.
참고로 여긴 오렌지카운티는 아닙니다.
하지만 같은 사우스 켈리에서 그렇게 틀리지는 않으리라고 생각해요.
참고로 여긴 샌디에고입니다.
샌디에고에서 티켓을 받은 사람들은 벌금은 160불에서 162불을받았어요.
구글에 나온글은 그냥 지들 생각이거나
한 20년 전에 만들어 놓은 것을 업데이트 안하고 그냥 나둔거겠죠.
참고하세요.
그리고 1달 안에 직접 코트에가서 벌금 내면서 알아보고
알려줄께요.

참고로 경찰한테 직접 지들이 만들어서 보낸 벌금 통지서를
