지금 현재 2년간 사업체 두군데를 운영하고 있는대 두군데 모두 개인으로 되어있

습니다. 두군데 조인해서 주식회사를 설립하려고 하는데 자세한 절차를 알고 싶습

니다. 그리고 주식회사 설립 비용이 얼마나 드는지도 궁금합니다.

주식회사 설립시에 디파짓을 한다고 하는데 요즘 불경기라 돈이 없는데 꼭 그 돈

을 디파짓 해야만 오픈할수 있는건가요?

대행 회사에 맡기지 않고 제가 스스로 다 할수 있을까요?어렵지 않나요??
