Q. Late Annual Review & raise

Hi,

My Mgr is unfit mgr for this employer in many ways but anyhow she gave 1 year late Annual Review and our company policy provides only 1 month retro-active pay.
Therefore I received the raise for only 1 month for past year.

I may not be the favorite girl that this Skany mgr likes but others received late Review for few months late only.

Therefore I didn't get hundreds of $$s if not thousand by next year.
Pls advice as to how I could retrieve what I have right to.
