1. DMV 의 수장에게 문의편지를 써서 유권해석을 받는 것도 한 방법입니다:

2. E-2 비자 소지자의 Spouse 는 Work Permit 을 신청할 수 있으므로, Work Permit 을 발급받은 후에 다시 가보시면 될 것 같습니다. 버지니아에서는 이렇게 적용되고 있습니다.
