Q. fafsa

I applyed fafsa but they said that I can't get pell grant because most pell award give to below 20,000 incom family.
Last year my family income was below 40,000.
Where do I get free grant or do I need get only any loan?

Amount of Pell Grant is decided by family income and asset. If family asset is less than $40,000, Pell grant is awarded to the 4-people family whose income is less than $60,000. You have a wrong information.

College education is not free for most of the people. If you are not qualified, you'd better work like most students do. So many people do not go to college because they cannot afford tuition.

미국사람은 대부분이 돈없으면 안쓰고 직접 벌어서 뭘 할생각하는 데,'
한국사람들은 공짜나 정부 혜택만 바라지요.
미국여자들은 학비벌려고 군대가 근무하다가 아프칸에서 총도 맞고 부상해서
돌아오던데... 그사람들은 정부에서 극빈자 보조 받는 것 보다는 자기가 떳떳하게
벌려고 하는 겁니다.
일하려고 하는 데 뭐가 좋냐고 물어보면 참 좋을텐데, 항상 공짜로 뭐 더 받을 것 없나만 물어봅니다.
거지처럼 얻어먹을 것만 찾지말고 일할 생각을 한 번 해보시요.

Please don't be too cynical. There is nothing wrong with her question. If you don't have any good answer for her, you should maybe go to the next question.
