Q. Vitalchek에서 출생증명서를 발급받아야 하는데요..

현재 최근 날짜로 발행된 미국의 출생증명서 원본이 필요합니다.

태어날 당시에 발급받은, 오래된 출생증명서는 갖고 있는데
미국 여권이나 다른 기타 신분과 관련된 것은 모두 갖고 있지 않습니다

vitalchek에서 출생증명서를 새로 발급받으려고 하는데
신분을 증명할수있는 것을 요구하는 것 같습니다

vitalchek에 보면, 사이트에 문서를 스캔해서 업로드하는 것이 있고
팩스로 보내는 방법도 있던데..

저는 여권도 갖고있지 않고, 건강보험증이나, 그런것도 없습니다.
제 신분을 증명할 수 있는 서류가 어떤건지 잘 모르겠습니다

영어도 능숙하지 않아서.. 위 이메일을 해석해봐도
잘 와닿지가 않는데 도와주세요..

위의 내용을 보자면, 다음과 같은 종류의 신분증을 제시하라고 되어있습니다.

passport, permanent resident card/green card, health insurance card, U.S. Military ID with photo, signature, and expiration date, voter registration card, vehicle registration/insurance, vehicle insurance card, utility bill with name and address, property tax statement, or State Department of Corrections ID card.

여권, 영주권카드, 건강보험 카드, 군인카드, 투표등록 카드, 자동차 등록증/보험, 자동차 보험 카드, 유틸리티 빌 (본인 이름과 주소 기재된), 재산세 내역 등이 이에 해당합니다.
