요즘 차들이 버스레인을 안 달리던데

버스레인은 러시아워 제외하고 사용할 수 있지 않나요?

7-9 4-7 Mon-Fri 이 시간 제외하고 가능하지 않습니까?

버스레인은 7-9 4-7 Mon-Fri 이 시간 제외하고 운행 가능 합니다.

The BRT lanes will be in operation during peak traffic hours: 7am–9am and 4pm–7pm, Monday through Friday, to reduce long commuting times for bus riders. Other vehicles that attempt to drive in the bus-only lanes during these times will be subjected to a fine. During non-peak hours, these lanes will be open to all vehicles.
