안녕하세요, 여기에 문의하는게 맞는지 잘모르겠습니다.
다름이아니라 얼마전에 저희 사장님께서 pettinato&associates라는곳에서
편지를받았습니다. 몇년전에 살았던 콘도구요.
그그밑에는 unclaimed asset recovery consultants and investigators.라고되어있구요.
내용은
Petinato & asoociates has uncovered assets owing to the above referenced reported owner who at one time was associated with the above reported address. We estimate the value of the assets to be $2842.00 and are currently available to claim through our firm. please reference the enclosed agreement for a complete account description. We are contacting you as our research indicated that you may be the rightful owner or their.

이런식으로적혀있고 밑에는
identified account information
해서 reported owner 이름 그리고 주소
reporting istitution: prudential financia inc
proverty type 182-underlying shares or other outstanding certificates
ext. recovery amt. 금액

그리고 크레임 할건지 동의서 같은거 밑에있는데.

전화해보니까 그때 사장님께서 그주소로 보험?같은게 가입이되어있는데, 컨트랙 캔슬하면서 클레임해서 받아야할돈이있는데, 클레임을 하지않아서 돈으 그보험회사에서 홀드를 하고있는상태라고, 자기네회사에서 클래임 진행하고 도와주고 받는금액에서 10%로를 제하고 돈을받게해준다고하더라구요.
기간은 1-1년반정도 걸릴거같구요.
근데, 이게 사기성인지, 진짜 받을수있는건지 잘몰라서 법률상담게시판에 문의드립니다. ㅜㅜ...도와주세요

우선 보험회사에 연락를 하셔서, Claim 관련 정보를 문의 해보시기를 권해드리겠습니다. 또한 상대편 회사 또한 제대로 된 회사인지, 변호사가 포함되어 있는 회사인지, 몇년이 지난 회사인지, 혹은 평이 안좋은 회사인지, 확인해 보시기를 권해드리겠습니다.
