현재 미국 본사에서 OPT를 하고 있는 학생을 대상으로 US Citizenship and Immigration Services website에 나와있는 "Preferred order of documents at time of submission" 순서대로 I-129 서류를 준비하고 있습니다. I-129 Addendum/Attachments, All supporting documentation to establish eligibility, Other supporting documentation 에 각각 준비해야하는 서류의 차이와, 준비해야 하는 서류들이 정확히 무엇인지 알고 싶습니다. 현재 준비된 서류는 밑에 적어두었습니다.
2015년 세금 보고서는 아직 준비되지 않은 관계로 첨부하지 않았는데, 꼭 필요한 것일까요? 어떤 곳은 작년 한해 동안의 세금 보고서를 준비하면 된다고 하고 다른 곳은 지난 3년동안의 재무서류, Bank statement, 회사 조직도 등을 첨부해야 한다고 해서 혼란스럽습니다. 이러한 서류준비의 차이가 미국에서 서류를 준비할때와 한국에서 서류를 준비할때의 차이에서 오는 것인지 모르겠네요.
