Date of Entry Into US는 처음 미국에 입국한 날짜를 의미합니다. 다음 이민국에서주소 변경시 설명한 내용을 참고하시기 바라겠습니다.
The "date of entry" refers to the approximate date when you first entered into the United States.
You may use an estimated date if the exact date is unknown. For example, if you only know that the entry was during the month of May in 1999, enter 05/01/1999; if you only know that the entry was during the year 1999, enter 01/01/1999.
Fingerprint Identification Number의 경우, AR-11 SR Special Registration 에 해당이 되는것으로 알고 있습니다. 일반적인 경우 AR-11으로 주소 신청을 하지만, Special Registration 으로 신청하실 경우, 본인이 해당하지 않으시다면 N/A로 기입하시면 됩니다.
